Planning a Pool Party at Heights Pool: Areas, Time Slots and What's Included
Two party areas, two-hour blocks, and food that's set up before your guests arrive and cleaned up right after.

A pool party sounds simple until you're the one carrying the cooler, chasing napkins and wondering who's watching the deep end. The party setup at Heights Pool is built to take most of that off the host. You get a reserved area, tables already dressed, food set up before your party starts and cleaned up right after. Here's how it works, so you can plan before you book.
Two areas to choose from
There are two party areas, and they feel different.
- The Kiddie Pool area sits to the left of the outdoor bathroom area on a flagstone patio, near the outdoor playscape. It comes with three picnic tables running down the center of the patio.
- The Deep End area is near the deep end diving pool and the pickleball courts. It comes with three tents and three tables: two tents placed together with two picnic tables seating 18, and a third tent with one picnic table seating 6 to 8.
If your guest list is mostly small kids, the Kiddie Pool area keeps the party close to the shallow water and the playscape. If you're hosting an older group or a mixed crowd of adults and kids, the Deep End area has tents for shade and a table setup that seats the whole group.
Time slots
Parties run in two-hour blocks, and the slots depend on the day.
- Tuesday through Saturday, Kiddie Pool: 11:30 to 1:30, 2:30 to 4:30, or 5:00 to 7:00.
- Tuesday through Saturday, Deep End: 12:00 to 2:00 or 5:30 to 7:30.
- Sunday and Monday, Kiddie Pool: 12:30 to 2:30 or 3:30 to 5:30.
- Sunday and Monday, Deep End: 1:00 to 3:00 or 4:30 to 6:30.
When the block is over, your group heads out so the staff can set up the next one. Pass holders can stay and play. Please clear your area at the end.
What's included
In both spaces you get three 6-foot serving tables for food, drinks, cake and presents, black linen table coverings, and food set up before your party starts and cleaned up right after. Bulk food arrives at your area with plates, utensils, cups and napkins. The pool will contact you to plan and pre-order your menu.
What it costs
There are two pieces: a location fee based on your headcount, plus a food and beverage package.
- 15 people or fewer: $150.
- 16 to 30 people: $200.
- 31 to 45 people: $225.
- 46 to 60 people: $250.
The party is capped at 60. If more than 60 people show up, the $250 fee changes to $10 per person for the total headcount. Payment is due within 48 hours of reserving to hold your date, and any difference in guest count is settled at the end of the party.
Food packages are priced per person with a 10-person minimum. Each includes a side of fries, tots, chips or mac n' cheese. Package 1 is a burger or cheeseburger at $14, package 2 is four chicken tenders at $12, and packages 3, 4 and 5 (grilled cheese, three mini corn dogs, or a hot dog) are $10 each. Orders go in at least 48 hours before the party, and a 20% gratuity is added to food and beverage orders.
Your total is the location fee for your guest count plus the package price per person, with the 20% gratuity on food, and any add-ons on top. Ask for a final quote when you book at heightspoolparties.com or Parties@HeightsPool.com.
Add-ons include mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, fried okra, salad, gallon jugs of tea or lemonade, bottled water, and ice cream sandwiches or cups. Outside cakes and cupcakes are welcome, and they're the only outside food allowed.
The rules, in plain words
- A season pass holder hosts the party and stays on-site the whole time.
- Every guest signs a waiver before swimming.
- Lifeguards are on duty, and parents supervise their kids.
- No silly string, glitter, confetti or party poppers. Anything that leaves debris is out.
Tips from the host's side
Put the exact time block on the invitation, and tell guests the group leaves when it ends. Pick the slot that fits your kids' nap and meal schedule, not just your own. If you want cake, plan to cut it in the second half of the block so the swimming isn't cut short. Tell guests to bring sunscreen and a dry change of clothes, and remind parents they're responsible for watching their children.
No membership at your house?
Pool parties need a season pass holder as the host. If nobody in your group is a member, Kellyanne Park next door has a covered pavilion open to the public with no membership. A half is $250 for up to 24 guests, and the entire pavilion is $750 for up to 60, both for two-hour blocks.
To book a pool party, go to heightspoolparties.com, or email Parties@HeightsPool.com and the staff will help you plan the menu and pick your spot. The Pool Parties page has the full menu and the current slots.
