Two hours poolside, hosted by a season pass holder.

The run sheet
Every two-hour block, by area and by day.
Parties run in 2-hour blocks, so a booking is one line on this sheet. Weekdays and weekends keep different times, and the Kiddie Pool area and the Deep End area run on their own schedules.

Two plans, side by side: shallow end or deep end.
Deep End area
Located near the deep end diving pool and the pickleball courts.
Included: 3 tents, 3 tables (seats 18 plus 6 to 8). Two tents sit together with 2 picnic tables for 18; the third tent has 1 picnic table for 6 to 8.
Included in both spaces
- Three 6-foot serving tables for food, beverages, cake and presents.
- Black linen table coverings.
- Food set up before your party starts and cleaned up right after.

Party rules
What the host signs up for.
- Hosted by a season pass holder, who stays on-site during the party.
- Every guest signs a waiver before swimming.
- Parties run in 2-hour blocks. Please clear your area at the end so the next party can be set up.
- Guests head out after the 2-hour block. Pass holders can stay and play.
- Lifeguards are on duty; parents supervise their kids.
- No silly string, glitter, confetti or party poppers. Anything that leaves debris is not allowed.
Pricing
One flat location fee, set by head count.
Every fee is the location fee plus a food and beverage package. Payment is due within 48 hours of reserving to hold your date. Guest-count differences are settled at the end of your party.

- Outside cakes and cupcakes welcome, the only outside food allowed.
